Before it became a necklace, this quartz-based stone called to us from beneath the water along Lake Erie’s shoreline at Sturgeon Point Marina. We tumbled, hand cut, shaped, and polished it into a triangle cabochon, then wrapped it in gold-colored wire with a titanium-colored copper-core bail.
The rosary-style beaded chain gives this piece its own easy rhythm. There’s only one like it. If it feels a little like you, maybe this is where its next adventure begins.
