At Love Life Do Stuff, everything is made with care and a whole lot of heart. Because many of our pieces are handmade or made to order specifically for you, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges.

That said, we never want you to be unhappy with something you received from us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right. Every situation is handled personally because that is just how we do things here.

To start a claim, contact us at bea@lovelifedostuff.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will get back to you as quickly as we can.

Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale unless there is a defect or error on our end.
